This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our services.

1. Cancellations

Before Delivery:100% refund if you cancel before software access, project start, or service delivery.
Within 7 Days of Purchase:50% refund (processing fees will be deducted).
After 7 Days:50% refund (processing fees will be deducted).

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Refunds apply only if:

• The request is within the eligible time frame.

• The service or software has not been used, customized, or delivered.

• No pending payments are due.

3. No Refund Situations

• Customized software, websites, or graphic designs already in progress or completed.

• Digital marketing campaigns (ads, SEO, social media) once started.

• Training, consultation, or implementation support already provided.

• Any service where our Terms of Service were violated.

4. Service-Specific Notes

ERP, CRM, & Hospital Software: Subscription or license fees are non-refundable after activation..
Custom Software:No refund for completed milestones or delivered modules.
Website Design:No refund after design approval or draft delivery.
Graphics:No refund after files or concepts are delivered.
Digital Marketing: Setup and ad spend costs are non-refundable after launch.
