Service Levels: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Data Privacy: We protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees: Payable as per your selected plan, quotation, or service agreement.
Payment Terms: All invoices are due as stated; late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Ownership: All rights in the software, designs, content, and materials remain with National Soft Infotech.
Trademarks: Use of our trademarks or brand assets requires prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Soft Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to use of or inability to use the software or Services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

10. Additional Provisions

• Data Security: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to secure your data.
• Termination: Either party may terminate for breach or non-payment. Upon termination, access ceases and outstanding amounts become due.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Soft Infotech from claims arising out of your misuse of the software or Services or breach of these Terms.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, regulatory actions).
• Dispute Resolution: Parties will attempt amicable resolution; failing which, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, per applicable law.
